Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customized product reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
